We took Nolan to the Tennessee Aquarium for his second visit, I believe he was almost six months on his first. He was appropriately in awe of the huge displays of fish, approached the glass carefully at first and followed Finley wherever she went. At one point she was pointing at the clown fish and saying, "It's Nemo!" and Nolan also repeated "Nemo, Nemo!" even though he hasn't yet seen the movie. The butterfly room actually made him hold on tight and he wanted me to escort him through quickly, much to my surprise. I can kind of understand though, they had a butterfly as big as a baby's head. (Literally we saw one land on a baby's head and it was just as big.) The sharks didn't bother him though. I think he enjoyed himself, but he may be more of a zoo loving kind of kid. The things that excited him the most were the penguins, otters, frogs and birds.
