bazoongi!

Bazoongi is not only a fun word to say, but the kind of play tent Nolan got as an early Christmas gift. why bother wrapping something this big... honestly i knew it would be big, but it's huge. it'll be going somewhere else later, but for now it's a fun peek-a-boo toy in our living room. winter is a big deal around here, and lots of imagination toys for indoors seems like a good idea. i look forward to having Nolan's friends over to play with this one, if only they'd all be well at the same time! i'm also learning that winter brings all sorts of viral gifts to little kids. so if it isn't the weather keeping you in, it'll be some kind of sniffles. we did just have about five days above freezing, even in the 40s, and the snow melted off the roof, but it dropped surprisingly to 14 degrees today and we're getting a fresh coat of snow as i type. i think i'll be snuggling with my boy in the rocket ship later.

I want one! Not for the boys, just for me! Enjoy that snow for us - the first day of winter came and went with no snow here in NC, much to Caleb's sadness.
