we keep our recycling usually stowed away, but Nolan got into a bag and since he loves bottles, he was having a good time. for all who may be concerned, we wash and rinse our recycling. i am struck by how mature Nolan looks in this picture... he is about to turn one after all.
it looks like he and Riley make good "drinking" buddies. Riley is getting better about letting Nolan play with him. he usually just lays there so he makes an easy target for Nolan. Nolan will crawl right over him, which used to worry Riley more, but i think he's realized he gets more affection from John & i if he lets Nolan do whatever he wants, within reason of course.
