loving "Dooby"

when we got home from our trip, we pulled up to our home, a gleeful thing to us, but Nolan was off to see Ruby, or Dooby as he says. she's a few months older, lives practically next door, adorable, and has an older brother with the toys Nolan dreams of. needless to say, Nolan wants to visit all the time but i was a little surprised that he wanted to go there first. of course they were outside playing... they get to hang out often, so i had to document part of the antics of the gang. this particular night he was playing in our living room after dinner but then heard Ruby yelling outside and went from chill and concentrating on the construction of his wooden railroad to "Dooby! Dooby! outside! shoes!"
