flashlight

so, i wish i had a picture or video to share about this. Nolan found a mini flashlight in my desk as we searched for crayons and loved it. it look priority over his toy cars even. he will just walk around mesmerized by the beam of light and whatever it touches. so, the other night i thought it would be cute to let him take it to bed. we played with it together a while making shadows dance, and then he kept playing with it for another hour and a half! i sneaked a peak and saw him shining it through the slats of his crib and slowly to the ceiling and everywhere. it was magical. i can see why he couldn't sleep.
