abc's: take one

i've been meaning to give a language development update, but i'd have to do it daily at Nolan's rate of progress. what surprises me is that he practically recognizes the whole alphabet. i had no idea that he would eagerly point out letters on everything he sees. i had to capture a couple of my favorite things he's doing right now... "talking" on the telephone and his version of the alphabet song, so i set him up for ease of video capture of both simultaneously. he usually will say fragments of the alphabet, like ABC then XYZ. lately, he goes straight to LMNOP, and then OK.
