dandelion boogers

i can't keep track of all the words Nolan's learning and mimicking. his grandparents joked that he says car like someone from Boston (thanks to Click & Clack?) but thanks to this weekend's trip and his Grandma's tutelage, he say flower like a true Southerner. (think fleur with a drawl) he still says most words his way, but we know what he means. moo, cow, wheels, big truck, rocks and ball are all his new words i can think of at present. he figured out where the trash was at his grandparents and without prompting opened the cabinet under the sink and threw his diaper away. he closes the fridge behind me, too. i'm in love.






we had a lot of fun with dandelions. he's figured out how to blow air now, but hasn't yet quite figured out the dandelion doesn't have to be directly on his mouth to blow away. he had a snotty nose the whole trip and so if you look closely, you'll see the seeds stuck under his nose.
