Nolan's doing great and pretty much his normal self, especially his normal sleep resisting self... i was enjoying his post-op lethargy and the long naps and sleeping all night long. he has this funny way of being exhausted and going to bed between 8 and 9 like normal babies, but then he's awake again by 10:30 or 11 ready for round two. i don't quite understand how he can do this so routinely... as if there's an internal party clock that goes off and he's had his power nap so he's ready to boogie.
his Johnson grandparents visited and brought the media cabinet my dad's been working on for a while so we can tuck away the stereo equipment and records. we are now closer to being ready for a crawling prodding mobile Nolan. other young children have been demonstrating to us where mischief lies, and the stereo was the number one favorite. now he won't be able to pick out records until he can at least read what he's about to play, which would be for his own good anyway.
