We went to the beach when we visited Nana and Papa way back in March and life has gotten in the way of saying anything about it. Definitely I think we could all appreciate a beach trip right now, which makes looking at the pictures all the more relaxing. Nolan first went to the beach of Anna Marie island near his grandparent's home when he was about fifteen months and was more shocked by it's grandness and retreated. This year he slowly but surely fell in love with it. He loved the sand AND water this time. He braved going into the waves and wasn't dismayed by a couple facefulls of salty ocean water and sand. Nico was pretty mellow and just enjoyed being held. The wind made her nuzzle you a bit extra, but she seemed to enjoy all the sunshine and attention.
